Terms of Service

1. Purpose

These Terms of Service govern all product sales made on the Savonnerie Davyn website. Placing an order implies unreserved acceptance of these terms.

2. Products

Products offered for sale are described as accurately as possible. Photographs are not contractually binding. Savonnerie Davyn cannot be held liable for any obvious error.

3. Pricing

Prices are listed in US dollars, exclusive of sales tax (applied at checkout where required). Savonnerie Davyn reserves the right to update prices at any time; products are billed at the price in effect when the order is validated.

4. Orders

Customers place orders directly through the website. Order validation constitutes acceptance of these terms and of all applicable prices. A confirmation email is sent with the full order details.

5. Payment

Payment is made online by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay or Shop Pay. Transactions are securely processed by Shopify Payments.

6. Shipping

Shipping is $5.90 flat on US orders under $119 and free from $119 (Le Rituel). Orders ship within 24 business hours and are delivered via UPS within 72 hours, tracked and signed for. Savonnerie Davyn is not liable for delays caused by the carrier.

7. Right of return

Our 30-day satisfaction guarantee allows you to request a full refund within 30 days of delivery. No return is required — keep the product or gift it.

8. Warranties

Products are sold with the manufacturer's standard quality warranty. Defective products will be replaced or refunded at our discretion.

10. Governing law

These Terms of Service are governed by applicable consumer protection laws in the customer's state of residence.
